A Crazy Shop - Return Policy
How long do I have before making a return, and do I have to pay for shipping?
About return time
We gladly accept returns within 30 days of receipt for most items in new condition. Once we receive your parcel in our warehouse, your refund will be automatically issued.

How do I make a return?
1. Sign in to your A Crazy Shop account.
2. Find the order in My Orders and click "Return Item".
3. Select the item(s) you would like to return, indicate the reason, and then submit.
4. Select the return method and refund method, then please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.

Can I still return items if they are worn, or damaged, or have the tags removed?
1. The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: bodysuits, lingerie, swimwear, jewelry, underwear, event & and party supplies, DIY supplies, pet supplies, beauty, and most accessories (except scarves, bags, and mermaid blankets).
2. Please note that gifts and items marked as non-returnable cannot be returned or exchanged.
3. Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging. We will not accept any worn, damaged, washed, or altered items.
4. We do not offer postage for packages returned to us. Returns are made at your own expense.
Important Notice:
1. Please do not send your return to the sender's address on your package. This is not the return address and will affect the processing of your return. You should only send it to the address we provide.
2. Please make sure you don't include non-A Crazy Shop items by accident in your return package. We will not be responsible for sending them back to you.

How will I get my refund？
Your request will be processed within 5 business days after we receive your return. The refund will be issued to your original payment account as per your request.
Note: The original shipping fees and guarantee fees are non-refundable.
NOTE: If there is an issue with your return, please contact Customer Support within 90 days from the date your order was placed.
